HR assistant

We are looking for an individual to strengthen the Group’s HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, employee support and the implementation of labour legislation. The role includes managing industrial relations, staffing and ensuring an organised and efficient working environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support in recruitment and selection processes (publishing advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Responsible for updating and managing employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Coordination of staff training and development. Organisation of team building activities
  • Management and monitoring of leave and absence requests and digital card.
  • Support in the management of salaries and hourly wages.
  • Serving employees on various HR issues (contracts, benefits, etc.).
  • Managing communications with employees and carrying out administrative tasks.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar position (optional) or in administrative support.
  • Good knowledge of legislation on labour issues.
  • Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work accurately and responsibly.
  • Ability to communicate and work with different teams.
